Australia’s iconic brand Caroma has been the nation’s leader in both bathroom ware and kitchenware for over 75 years.
Famed for it’s defined modern designs and water saving features, Caroma undertook a new and exciting venture in 2017 by opening their first flagship store in Adelaide – the city where Caroma was founded back in 1941 by visionary entrepreneur and inventor Charles Rothauser.
The Caroma flagship store on the Parade in Norwood features capsules curated by top Australian designers and renovators, an extensive design consultation area as well as a kids play room.
Insight was engaged by GWA group to design and supply a flexible lighting solution that could change with the layout of the store. The challenge of ensuring sufficient lighting levels whilst complying with BCA section J6 was met, even in such a large space with dark surfaces and minimal natural light.
